Botox and Dermal Filler Parties in Berkshire

At Renewed Skin Aesthetics, our team of highly skilled practitioners, who are doctor-led, understand that some people prefer being treated with friends in the comfort of their own home, which is why we have introduced our bespoke version of Botox and Dermal Filler parties.

What is Botox?

Botox injections (Botulinum toxin) is an aesthetic treatment that smooths out fine lines and wrinkles, such as frown lines (forehead and eyes) and crow’s feet, by relaxing the muscles in your face. It is a treatment that aims to reverse aging and giving a more youthful-looking appearance, and reducing the sagging skin face look. These treatments are not permanent and can last anything between 3 to 4 months. Botox is suitable for both men and women and is widely used amongst both.

Most people will not know this, but different proteins are used to relax the muscles, varying at different levels. There are two different types of botulinum toxin in the UK that are commercially used (A and B). Type A-brands include Allergan manufactured one called Botox®, Azzalure®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Vistabel®, and Bocouture®) and type B toxin is called Neurobloc®. At Renewed Skin Aesthetics, we only administer the Allergen brand of Botox for our customer treatments. Allergan is the leading manufacturers of Botulinum toxin.

What is Dermal Filler?

Dermal fillers are a substance that is based on Hyaluronic acid, which our bodies naturally produce. The soft tissue filler is injected into different areas of the skin at different depths to smooth and fill in any facial volume loss, restoring a more youthful appearance. The substance used gives immediate results.

Hyaluronic acid, as a molecule, binds water and acts as an emollient /absorber that is important for transporting nutrients and regulating water balance in the skin, hence volumising beneath the skin to smooth and plump out.

If the results are undesired, a further substance can be used called Hyaluronidase, another protein used to dissolve the dermal filler.

What is a Botox and Dermal Filler Party?

It is a party or gathering of a group of trusted friends usually held in the comfort of your own home, where our clinic Doctor, assisted by one of our qualified Practitioners, administers pre-agreed Botox injections or Dermal filler injections to you and your group of friends. All guests will need to consent to the injections in advance and before having any treatment. Our team arrive with gifts, post-treatment advice packs and refer a friend voucher for anyone that might be interested next time. Each customer gets ample time with the clinic Doctor to answer any queries they might have.

What are the benefits of a Botox and Dermal Filler Party?

You can rest assured that all our injectable treatments are administered by the Clinic doctor and not a newly qualified practitioner with little or no experience. On the contrary, our Clinic Doctor has over ten years of experience in facial cosmetics and is governed and abides by the standards of professional care that you would receive at our Bray based aesthetics clinic in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The benefits of this service are that you can relax in the comfort of your own home alongside your group of friends. It’s in a relaxed environment and an excuse to get the girls over and catch up and talk about things’ botox’ ‘filler’ or ‘cosmetic treatments.

What discounts are applied to the party host and guests?

As the party host, you receive your injectibles treatment for FREE, and your friends receive a discounted clinic price for their treatment, too– so everyone makes saving on their treatment whilst having some quality time with friends.

What happens at a Botox and Dermal Filler party?

To ensure your health and wellbeing, Renewed Skin Aesthetics have implemented the following rules to ensure that all parties are conducted professionally and safely:

  • All guests receiving treatment must read and sign their consent forms before the event or at the event. These will be emailed to the host-guest, who will then need to ensure that all consent forms are sent back to Renewed Skins Aesthetics before the event. If this is not done, don’t worry; we do, bring the documents with us for the party, and guests can fill them out on the day.

  • No alcohol must be drunk before anyone receiving a Botox treatment; in addition, we recommend that alcohol should NOT be drunk for 24 hours after your treatment. Firstly, we must ensure that anyone treated with the Botox injection should be in sound mind to give their consent, which is better when no alcohol has been consumed. Secondly, drinking excess alcohol can cause the skin to flush due to increased blood flow. Finally, there is a theoretical risk that the effects that the Botulinum toxin will spread further than intended from the injection site.

  • Before starting any treatments, a Renewed Skin Aesthetics team member will explain to you and your guests how the treatments will be administered throughout the event.
