During our free medical consultation, we assess your medical history to ensure that you can have one of our treatments.

We do reserve the right to refuse you a treatment, as your health and wellbeing are more important to us. However, we will also work with you to offer you an alternative and put you in touch with our aesthetics partners who might be able to provide you with a treatment that we don’t.

Refer a Friend Scheme
Join our “Refer a Friend” scheme, and we will offer you a percentage of your next treatment or offer you a gift voucher of your choice as a thank you. You let us know which you prefer.

Gift Vouchers
Surprise someone with a voucher, to go towards a treatment or products. Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the time of purchase.

Time Keeping
We kindly request that you ensure that you stick to your allocated treatment time. We may have another customer booked in straight after your treatment.

Cancellations & Deposits
We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations, or a 25% charge will be applied for the treatment you have booked. If the treatment is cancelled on the day, there will be a 50% treatment charge.

When booking a course of treatments, a deposit is requested to firm your booking, and this amount is taken off the final balance.

Course of Treatments
If you are unable to continue with your course of treatments, the remaining balance can be used against another treatment or products.
